General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bass8 platform and the user. By using the platform through the bass8 website, mobile version, or any other medium, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
bass8 is an online entertainment gaming and sports betting platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh. All platform activities are governed by these Terms.
bass8 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. If you continue using the platform after any changes take effect, you are considered to have accepted the revised Terms.
Account Registration
To complete registration on bass8, users must meet the following conditions. Each individual may open only one account.
- Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, both accounts will be cancelled and all deposited funds will be forfeited.
- All information provided at the time of registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, email address — must be true and accurate. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.
- It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited.
- Transferring, selling, or renting an account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
- The bass8 authority may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. If documents are not provided within the specified timeframe, the account will be temporarily suspended.
Age Verification
At the time of registration, users must confirm that they are 21 years of age or older. The bass8 authority may at any time request a copy of a national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate.
If a minor opens an account by providing a false age, the bass8 authority reserves the right to immediately cancel the account and withhold all deposited funds. In such cases, the guardian of the account holder may be contacted.
Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to keep minors away from this platform.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on bass8: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (the same for each method).
- Deposits must be made only from the account holder's own payment account. Deposits made through a third party are prohibited.
- bass8 does not accept deposits via currency exchange or credit card.
- Deposit processing is generally instant; however, bank transfers may take a little longer.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. To complete a successful withdrawal, the account must have a sufficient balance and identity verification must be completed.
- Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. In exceptional circumstances or during verification processes, it may take longer.
- The withdrawal method must be consistent with the deposit method. Withdrawals via different methods may be restricted.
- Bonus funds credited to the account must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- bass8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal request in the case of an ongoing investigation or suspected suspicious activity.
Bonuses and Promotions
bass8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and regular members. These bonuses are provided subject to specific conditions and may be forfeited if not used properly.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To be eligible to withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (25x).
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is announced.
- A bonus cannot be claimed across multiple accounts or claimed more than once from the same address or IP.
- Claiming a bonus using a VPN or proxy is prohibited and may result in account cancellation.
- The bass8 authority reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program at any time.
- If a deposit is withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
Betting Rules
The following rules must be followed to ensure that betting and gaming activities on bass8 are conducted in an orderly manner.
6.1 Sports Betting
- No bet can be cancelled once it has been finalised, unless a technical error has been proven.
- bass8 will not be responsible for losses caused by disconnection during in-play betting.
- If an event is cancelled or suspended midway, the bass8 rules will apply to the relevant bets.
6.2 Casino and Slots
- The outcome of all casino games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and is completely impartial.
- Any incorrect amounts or results displayed due to a technical error will be considered void and no payout may be claimed.
- In live casino games, the dealer's decision and the game software's record are final.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bass8. Involvement in any one of them will result in immediate account cancellation and, where applicable, legal action will be taken.
- Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
- Placing any bet associated with match fixing or sports fraud.
- Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
- Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
- Attempting to hack, phish, or conduct any other cyber attack on the platform's security systems.
- Attempting to access another user's account.
- Making payments fraudulently or filing chargeback claims.
Limitation of Liability
The bass8 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We strive to provide a safe and reliable experience; however, our liability is limited in the following areas.
- bass8 will not be liable if a game or bet is interrupted due to internet connectivity issues, power outages, or device failure.
- bass8 is not responsible for software errors from third-party game providers or service interruptions due to maintenance.
- bass8 will not be liable if a user's account information falls into the hands of a third party due to the user's own negligence or carelessness.
- Force majeure — bass8 will not be liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, government directives, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
All gaming activities carry the possibility of loss or gain. bass8 does not guarantee any specific outcome or profit.
Privacy and Data Protection
bass8 places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption, which keeps your financial and personal information secure.
- User information will not be sold or disclosed to any third party, except where required by legal obligation.
- Documents collected for identity verification are stored on secure servers and are protected from unauthorised access.

Account Closure & Suspension
10.1 Closure by User
Any user may voluntarily close their account. In that case, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method, however bonus balance will be forfeited.
10.2 Suspension by bass8
bass8 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- If a violation of any clause of these terms and conditions is proven or suspected.
- If identity verification has not been completed or evidence of providing false information is found.
- If the account has been inactive for a long period (generally more than 12 months without logging in).
- For legal reasons or by government order.
